R.D. Olson Development hired Epiphany to develop an independent lifestyle brand for this new build asset in Newport Beach, California, home to R.D. Olson’s headquarters. The goal was to create a unique and compelling positioning strategy that differentiated the offering from the other leisure-oriented hotels in the marketplace by innovatively blending Newport’s distinct beach, marina and city heritages.
