Geis Hospitality Group hired Epiphany to develop an independent lifestyle brand for this asset in Cleveland, Ohio. Based on the planned renovation of the iconic 1906 Cleveland Trust Bank building and the adjacent 1971 Cleveland Trust Tower, the goal was to create a unique and authentic positioning strategy by innovatively blending modern chic with sophisticated, reinvented touches of history that embrace the local community while defining the property as one of the destination’s “must-sees”.
