Epiphany has been the agency of record for Montage Kapalua Bay since 2013 (pre-opening). Built on the site of the legendary Kapalua Bay Hotel, Epiphany developed the resort’s brand messaging and visual vernacular as the property was renovated and became part of the Montage Hotels & Resorts collection in 2014. Epiphany is responsible for ongoing external marketing outreach and on-property initiatives. The goal of every touch point is to communicate the established Montage brand of comfortable luxury within this authentic Hawaiian destination.
